Snap to Understand New
Point your camera at any textbook page, homework question, diagram or blackboard note. SheetGenie reads it, identifies the concept and gives your child a clear, grade-appropriate explanation with key points and follow-up questions.
How to use it
What happens after the snap
SheetGenie checks whether a Learning Lab exists for the concept — if one does, it links directly. If not, it silently generates a Study Room topic for that concept so it appears in the Study Room later. When you create an exam with a topic that has no lab (e.g. Optics), Snap automatically triggers Study Room generation for it.

Study Pack
Each exam has a Study Pack at /exam-planner/<id>/study-pack. It lists every topic on the syllabus with a study card for each one — explanation, MCQs and model answers. Also contains the Board Practice Papers section.

From the Exam Planner detail page tap ⚡ Generate 5 Papers. SheetGenie generates 5 complete exam papers per subject in 3-5 minutes. Board is auto-detected from the exam name (CBSE by default).

Child Profiles
Each child has their own profile. Progress, word lists and exam plans are completely separate between children. One subscription covers all children — no extra charge.
Creating a profile
Go to 👤 Account → Add Child Profile → Enter name and grade (Nursery to Grade 12). The grade controls which labs, Study Room topics and word lists appear.
Switching between children
Open the Dashboard → Tap the profile switcher at the top → All sections update instantly for that child.
Child Mode & PIN Login
Give your child a 4-digit PIN to access their learning independently — without touching account settings or billing.
Setting up
Go to 👤 Account → Edit child profile → Set PIN → Share the PIN with your child. They log in at 👦 Child Login by selecting their name and entering the PIN.
What the child sees in Child Mode
The child’s dashboard shows: Today’s Quest (next recommended topic from the curriculum), Upcoming Exam (if a parent has set one up — shows all exam topics with done/pending status and a progress bar), My Stars (best quiz scores), and Subject Progress (mastery bars per subject). Every exam topic is tappable — lab topics open the lab, Study Room topics (like Optics) open the study room directly.
What child mode shows
Only learning features: Labs Hub, Study Room, and Practice sheets. Account settings, billing, other children's profiles and the Admin area are completely hidden.
Proof of Learning Certificate New
Every month SheetGenie generates a personalised A4 printable certificate for your child. It shows their name, mastered topics across subjects, reading level vs enrolled grade, and their current streak. Parents print it and share it at parent-teacher meetings.
How to download
Go to 📈 Progress → tap the 🏆 Certificate button (top-right). The PDF opens in a new tab and can be printed or saved.
