14-Day Free Trial
SheetGenie offers a full 14-day free trial with complete access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial. You are not charged unless you choose to subscribe after the trial ends.
Subscription Refunds
If you are not satisfied with SheetGenie after subscribing, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first payment. Refund requests made after 7 days of the billing date are not eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:
- Your registered email address
- The reason for your refund request
- Your Razorpay payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
We will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Refund requests made after 7 days of the billing date
- Partial month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access to SheetGenie until the end of your current billing period.
