What we collect
We collect your email address and password (hashed), your child's first name and grade, and the word lists and practice sheets you create. We store lab completion scores and reading progress per child profile.
What we don't collect
We do not collect your child's full name, photo, school name, or any government ID. We do not sell your data to any third party. We do not serve ads.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to operate SheetGenie — to generate practice sheets, track your child's progress, and send you monthly report emails (which you can turn off in Account settings). AI-generated content uses your word lists and grade level only; no personal information is sent to AI providers.
Data storage
All data is stored on a DigitalOcean server in Bangalore, India. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Your data is never transferred outside India.
Your rights
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Account settings. You can export your word lists as CSV. To request a full data export or deletion, email [email protected].
